Warranty, Defective Exchange, and Returns:
Warranty: 90 day limited warranty
Defective Exchange: Your D&M Pro product is warranted against manufacturer defects in material and workmanship for 90 days. We will not accept any returned merchandise without a Return Authorization number. Without this number the package may be refused or not properly identified as to its origin and reason for being returned. Contact us by e-mail or phone to obtain a Return Authorization number. A Return Authorization number is valid for 30 days. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses from and to us on returns. Upon receipt, a replacement product will be shipped. All Return Authorizations are conditional and are not final until the product is received and inspected by the Company. All claims for damage or shortage must be made within 72 hours of receipt of product.
Returns: D&M Pro will accept the return of merchandise within 30 days of ship date. Contact us by e-mail or phone to obtain a Return Authorization number. Without this number the package may be refused or not properly identified as to its origin and reason for being returned. A Return Authorization number is valid for 30 days. Customer is responsible for all shipping expenses from and to us on returns. D&M Pro will refund your purchase price, minus shipping and handling. Merchandise must be in "new and unused condition". Credit will be issued at the original price charged less handling and transportation charges, where applicable. Returns may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge. All Return Material Authorizations are conditional and are not final until the product is received and inspected by the Company. All claims for damage or shortage must be made within 72 hours of receipt of product.
Shipping: Currently D&M Pro accessories are only shipped in the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at check out, D&M Pro makes every effort to calculate a fair rate for product shipping including handling and packaging. Most orders will be shipped via UPS although we also ship FedEx.
In stock orders placed before Noon Eastern time usually ship the same business day. In stock orders placed on weekends or holidays usually ship the next business day.
State taxes are included for orders from: CA, IL, IN, LA, MD, MN, NJ, NV, & TX.
